Retreaver Inc. (“Retreaver”), respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access our website, view our content, and use our products and services (together, the “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. Your privacy is critically important to us. We will not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen.
This policy applies to information we collect:
- On retreaver.com.
- In email and other electronic messages between you and Retreaver.
It does not apply to information collected by:
- us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Retreaver or any third party; or
- any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from our Services.

At Retreaver we have a few fundamental principles:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our Services.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, including information:

- That is about you but individually does not identify you; and/or

Like most website operators, Retreaver collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Retreaver’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use the website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate (e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website). We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
Retreaver also collects potentially personally-identifying information like IP addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on retreaver.com blogs. Retreaver only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
Information You Provide to Us. The information we collect via the Services may include:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on retreaver.com. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Services.
- Those who engage in transactions with Retreaver (i.e. by signing up for our call tracking platform) are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and billing information required to process those transactions. In each case, Retreaver collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Usage Details, IP Addresses, Cookies and Other Technologies. As you navigate through and interact with the Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to retreaver.com, including traffic data, location data, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on retreaver.com.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.
- Telephone numbers and telephone calls.
The information we collect automatically is statistical data. It helps us to improve the Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service by enabling us to:

We use the personal information we collect in connection with providing you our services to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. We share this information with a third party service provider to assist us with this effort.
Retreaver's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business.
- To a buyer in connection with a sale of Retreaver.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

- To comply with any court order, law or legal process, whether or not valid, enforceable, or made with proper jurisdiction, including to respond to any government or regulatory request, whether or not valid, enforceable, or made with proper jurisdiction.

If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the retreaver.com home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting retreaver.com and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
Third Party Applications
This Privacy Policy applies if you are a visitor to the Retreaver site or if you purchase Services. If you use a third party application or service that is integrated with Retreaver, then such third party's privacy policy will govern the use, storage and disclosure of your data in connection with such application or service. Retreaver may receive orders, subpoenas or other legal demands for personally identifiable data that has been collected on behalf of such third party providers through the use of their applications or services. In such cases, Retreaver refers the party requesting the personally identifiable data to the applicable third party provider. That provider will respond in accordance with its own policies and may disclose your personally identifiable data in response to such subpoena or other demand for information. Please remember that Retreaver is not responsible for the policies and practices of such third party providers.
